You have 90 days from delivery to return your frame. Here's everything you need to know.
Eligibility
Every frame can be returned within 90 days of delivery. Your refund depends on the condition it comes back in, so if there's any chance you'll return it, keep the frame sealed in its shrinkwrap with the protective film on the acrylic.
How to start a return
- Email support@framelane.com or use the chat on our site
- Have your order number handy if you can, it helps us move faster
- In the first 30 days, we send you a free prepaid return label. From day 31 to 90, you cover return shipping with any tracked carrier
- Once we receive and inspect your frame, your refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Start a return and place a new order for the frame you want, so your new frame ships right away instead of waiting on the return trip.
Damaged or defective?
Always free and fully covered. Send a photo to support@framelane.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full, including all shipping.
