For a successful return process, your items must remain unused and in their original condition. Please contact our customer service team at info@framelane.com to initiate the return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label that needs to be attached to the original packaging.
Kindly deliver the package to the address indicated on the return label. After we receive your package, we will initiate the refund process, which typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that a €7 fee will be deducted from your refund.
