If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Contact us as fast as you can at support@framelane.com or through the chat, with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address or reroute it. One heads-up: we can't deliver to PO boxes, so please use a full street address.
