Shipping

We ship across Canada, and because our frames are kept in stock, they leave our warehouse fast.

Shipping rates

Choose your speed at checkout:
  • Standard Shipping: $11.95. Arrives in 4-8 business days. Free on orders over $99.
  • Expedited Shipping: $24.95. Arrives in 1-3 business days anywhere we ship in Canada.
Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping. You can upgrade to Expedited on any order for the flat Expedited rate. Rates apply to all serviceable provinces and are shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We deliver to all ten Canadian provinces. To keep frames protected and arriving on time, we're currently unable to ship to:
  • The territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
  • Remote postal codes that fall outside our carrier's standard network.
  • PO boxes.
We can't deliver to PO boxes because we ship frames with trusted couriers (such as Purolator, UPS, and FedEx) so your order is fully tracked and protected in transit, and these carriers can only deliver to a physical street address, not a PO box. Please provide a full street address at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed to a PO box or an excluded region.

Processing time

In-stock frames are dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order. The moment your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery time

Delivery windows start once your order ships:
  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed during peak periods such as holidays.

Changes, issues, and our right to adjust shipping

Need to update your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible by email at support@framelane.com or through the chat on our site, and we'll do our best to catch it before your order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the address or reroute it.

To get your frame to you safely and on time, we reserve the right to substitute the shipping method or carrier at our discretion, at no extra cost to you and always with a service that is equivalent to or faster than the one you selected.

If anything comes up with your shipment, whether a delay, a tracking question, or a delivery problem, just reach out by email or through the chat on our site and we'll make it right.

Damaged in transit?

If your frame arrives damaged, we've got you. Send a photo to support@framelane.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full, including all shipping.
